Indicatior of etiology of sacral pain. If pain occurs with pressure over posteriorsuperior sacral spine, problem is lesion or deposit in gluteal structures of posteriorsuperior spine. If pain occurs more medially than posteriorsuperior sacral spine, problem is probably injury of superior ligament of sacroiliac joint.
