Immunodeficiency syndrome type 6; marked by chronic recurrent nasal, lung, and ear infections, as well as varicella and papilloma virus infections. Condition is associated with normal quantity of natural killer and B cells but decreased IgG production and CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes. Onset occurs in early childhood to early adulthood; X-linked inheritance.
