Aagenaes syndrome
Recurrent jaundice and progressive leg edema, with development of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis; rare condition with early childhood onset (esp. Norwegian descent) resulting from idiopathic paucity of interlobular ducts. Treatment is liver transplantation.
