Type 1 acrocephalosyndactyly; characterized by congenital premature closing of skull sutures with peaked head, fusion of 2ndÐ5th fingers with 1 common nail, mental retardation, cleft palate or highly arched and constricted palate, acne of forearms, and defects of hair shafts. Inheritance is both sporadic and autosomal dominant.
