Calcinosis, Raynaud phenomenon, Esophageal pathology, Sclerodactyly, and Telangiectasia (CREST syndrome). Slowly progressive condition, which is more common in women; onset usu. occurs in 4th-5th decade with hand symptoms. Treatment is palliative (steroids, plasmapheresis, azathioprine).
