Total growth hormone deficiency leading to small stature at birth, marked dwarfism, and small facies. Treatment is exogenous administration with appearance of growth hormone antibodies after initiation of treatment (synthetic hormone use reduces antibody formation); prognosis is good if disorder is diagnosed and treated early. Condition is antosomal recessive.
