Description of anomalies of coronary arteries. Benign anomalies-separate origin of left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery from left sinus of Valsalva, origin of left circumflex artery from right sinus of Valsalva or right coronary artery, absent left circumflex artery with maximally dominant right coronary artery and ectopic origin of left main trunk or right coronary artery from posterior sinus of Valsalva, small coronary fistulae, intercoronary communication, and ectopic coronary artery origin from ascending aorta. Potentially life-threatening anomalies-origin of left main trunk from pulmonary artery (Bland-White-Garland syndrome, origin of right coronary artery from left sinus of Valsalva, origin of left anterior descending artery from right sinus of Valsalva, origin of right coronary artery from pulmonary artery, and origin of left coronary artery from right sinus of Valsalva.
