Orkel syndrome (multiple epiphyseal dysplasia type 4)
Ambulation deficits, ankle deformities, bowleg, and widened hip joint; possibly autosomal recessive condition. Defect occurs on chromosome 19q12. Onset occurs at 4 years of age, and retinitis pigmentosa and paraparesis develops in adolescence.
