Benign congenital or childhood onset of multiple, usually painful blue-black skin lesions on the head, neck, thigh, and buttocks. Formed by layers of glomus cells interspersed by nerve fibers and hemangiomas. Disorders may be associated with other malignanies. Treatment is excision.
