Variant of Duhring-Brocq disease, with chronically appearing bullae and subsequent erosions on mucosa and skin surrounding body orifices; strongly associated with gluten-sensitive enteropathy. Condition is usually seen in elderly women. Treatment is gluten-free diet, dapsone, and sulfapyridine.
