47 XXY syndrome (most common variant) with male phenotype; marked by male hypogonadism, infertility, eunuchoid body habitus, macrocephaly, long legs, gynecomastia, and atrophic testes. Condition is also associated with risk of male breast cancer and extragonadal germ cell tumors. Follicle-stimulating hormone is increased.
