Congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Presents with lack of puberty at normal associated age. Lifelong testosterone or estrogen supplementation is required. Infertility is common, even in setting of adequate treatment. Always associated with partial or complete anosomia. Can be associated with odd facies and other skeletal abnormalities. More prevalent in males.
