Acute onset of chronic or episodic headache, abdominal pain, weight and visual loss, dyspnea, diastolic pressure > 130 mm Hg, cardiomegaly, and neurologic deterioration. Treatment is aggressive antihypertensive medications, dialysis, and kidney and/or heart transplantation.
