Congenital achondroplasia and agammaglobulinemia; marked by frequent infections, absence of hair and eyebrows, short limbs, and scaly lesions on skin. Condition is possibly autosomal recessive. Etiology is unknown; poor prognosis with death likely before 1 year of age. Treatment is banked blood (> 21 days), antibiotics, and immunoglobulins.
