The number of lawsuits being filed against the National Football League is on the rise as former players and players’ families say the NFL did not do enough to protect players against the effects of repetitive head trauma. Attorney Stephen F. Rosenthal and representatives of former NFL players Kevin Turner and Glenn Foley comment.
the NFL could have done more to protect their players but chose not to. They are not suing because they got hurt, they are suing due to the negligence of the league. I play college Football and I understand where these players are coming from. When these players joined the league their contract did not stay ” May die from concussions” or ” Concussions could result in life long brain trauma and/or suicide.”
