Horse Trainer and Heart Transplant Patient Kathy Ritvo Hopes For Derby Win With Mucho Macho Man

Kathy Ritvo received a heart transplant in 2008 and was told to avoid horses because of her lowered immunity. Brushing that advice aside, she has Mucho Macho Man in competition for the 2011 Run for the Roses.
