Jackson, Mississippi surgeon Dr. David Allen has pled not guilty to charges of witness tampering.
I wish there were people, groups, colleagues…that would have the balls to step up & support a fellow surgeon in Mississippi-who is completely innocent, but having to fight for his freedom & return of his property he worked & paid for as a respected heart surgeon. His property has been seized under false pretenses & trumped up charges made by law enforcement intent on “stealing” this property. Dr Allen has resided in another state for several years, & has a medical practice there. During his absence, law enforcement leaped on the opportunity to “raid” the property, alleging marijuana was being grown there. The residents there were arrested, however, they have since been coerced into tesifying against him to save themselves. (Law enforcement = real witness tamperers) Regardless of the outcome of his trial, how can anyone sit back & not support a fellow surgeon, who is INNOCENT – & not be outraged by the misconduct & injustice being perpetrated against him, to steal what is rightfully his. If this isn’t stopped, we are all in jeopardy of losing more of our precious rights, & thus condoning the unlawful acts of the ones who’s job is to protect us…not steal from us. You can step up–or–just bend over! PS – here’s a scenario…you own your home; you move out of state & rent your home; a year or more later, your renters are arrested for something….should YOU be charged with their crime, go to prison, & lose the home? Think about it…it could be you!
I was with Dr. Allen the last time he was arrested. Prior to that, I spent the good part of a year investigating the case. The whole case against Dr. Allen is trumped up. The additional charges filed against him were ridiculous. Allowing this type of behavior from law enforcement puts us all in jeopardy.
