Medical Marijuana Alliance Reacts To New Obama Policy
Founders Mike and Valerie Corral of the Wo/Men Alliance in Santa Cruz, California are hopeful that the new policy announced last week by new US Attorney General Eric Holder will free marijuana users who treat chronic medical conditions from the threat of prosecution and arrest. Holder has stated that the Department of Justice will no longer pursue legal action against medical marijuana users if they are compliant with their state’s laws.
