An Orleans parish grand jury has refused to issue an indictment against highly regarded Dr. Anna Pou. She had been accused by Louisiana State Attorney General Charles Foti of mercy killings of four patients in the days after Hurricane Katrina left patients at Memorial Hospital stranded.
