Congenital right ventricular hypertrophy, pulmonic stenosis, ventricular septal defect, and overriding aorta; leads to cyanosis and right-to-left shunt. Condition may also be associated with absent pulmonary artery (usu. left) and hypoplasia of ipsilateral thoracic cavity. Defect is slightly more common in males. Squatting relieves symptoms. Palliative operations are Bialock-Taussig shunt and aortopulmonary window.
