Adrenal medullary neuroblastoma or malignancy of sympathetic chain ganglia; occurs in childhood with abdominal pain, back pain, failure to thrive, anorexia, and change in bowel habits. Condition is rapidly progressive; spontaneous regression is very rare. Treatment is chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
