Modified Krause staging is used to describe inverted papillomas on the nasal and sinus cavities. Stage A – confined to the nasal cavity, ethmoid sinus, or medial maxillary wall; Stage B – involvement of any maxillary wall (other than the medial wall) or frontal sinus or sphenoid sinus; Stage C – extension beyond the paranasal sinuses
