Disease of childhood with acute cervical adenitis; fever; myocarditis; conjunctivitis; and erythema of oral cavity, soles, and palms. Condition is also marked by desquamation of fingertips and coronary artery aneurysms in 25% of cases. Serial echocardiograms are used to follow disease. Early treatment is chronic aspirin.
