Sign and symptom complex occurring in patients with quadriplegia. Condition is marked by bradycardia, dilated pupils, hypertension, sweating, flushing, headache, visual disturbances, and variable seizures. Disease results from viscus distention or nerve stimulation below level of spinal lesion.
