Well-differentiated sarcoma with small, hard nodules in skin that coalesce to become pedunculated and mobile plaque-like lessions. Rare condition that occurs in areas of flexion and can progress to painful ulcerations. Treatment is excision with generous margins; recurrence rate is 20%.
