Surgical technique for repair of the incompetent tricuspid valve in Ebstein malformation. Uses a series of interrupted mattress sutures that obliterate the atrialized part of the right ventricle by bringing the base of the anterior tricuspid leaflet up to the right atrial/right ventricle junction. It is important that the anterior leaflet is suitably mobile and can be brought up without tension.
