Craniofacial synostosis with hypoplasia of maxilla, dental malocclusion, prognathism, and exophthalmus. Skull abnormalities include enlarged transverse diameter, short frontal floor fossa, and hypertelorism. Autosomal dominant condition may result in papilledema, blindness, hydrocephalus, epilepsy, and mental retardation.
