Dual-onlay bone graft used to correct congenital pseudoarthrosis of tibia; best performed in patients with type 4 stress fractures with minimal gap between bone ends. Procedure uses two 2 cm _ 11 cm cortical tibial bone grafts placed as struts on either side of tibia to bridge open space. The gap between bone is then packed with cancellous bone.
