Brain Surgeon Under Investigation For Giving Free Care At Disney Hotel

Neurosurgeon Dr. Paolo Bolognese is under investigation by medical authorities for doing free consultations in the lobby of Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Bolognese does not have a license to practice medicine in Florida and is under investigation in New York for performing unneeded surgeries.
